CAREER PATHWAYS

What are Career Pathways?

A Career Pathway outlines the positions, salary, and training required to advance in an industry. Our Career Pathways project takes the guesswork out of exploring career opportunities for students, parents, educators, and career seekers in the Capital Region.

Whether you are looking for your first job or a second career, we can help you realize your potential and connect to financial aid and training so you can get started on the path that is right for you.

For each career, you will learn:

  • How to Grow in Your Chosen Career

  • How Much You Will Earn Each Step of the Way

  • About Local Training Programs and Financial Aid
